Michelle McBride: Graphic Designer/Illustrator
Michelle studied Visual Communication Design and Printmaking at the University of Alberta, and was awarded the most promising designer scholarship her senior year. She has designed and illustrated children’s books that are sold throughout North America, and has created greeting cards and products for clients such as CostPlus, the QVC Home Shopping Network, Sally Foster and Barnes and Noble. Michelle lived in New Zealand for two years, where she wrote children’s books and taught industry workshops, advanced Adobe CS2, illustration and design classes at a college in Auckland.
